求睡前祷告词，中英文。

我是个穆斯林，但是我在国外的教会学校读过书。不光是睡觉前，甚至是饭前和考试等等很多场合都有这样的祈祷。但是我发现他们中间没有什么固定的祈祷词，都是随心的。

我这里有一个我曾经去孤儿院听那里的修女为孤儿睡前祈祷的词：Let the almighty god bless upon the child to into the sweet sleeping with peace. hope god to protect the child in the dream and keep him away from the evil and let the god's glory and honor will be fallen on the child and be with him forever. amen

你可以把那个him换成me

意思是：让万能的上帝保佑这个孩子带着宁静进入梦乡。希望上帝能够在梦中保护他使他远离邪恶并让上帝的光辉与荣耀永远降临于他。

当然没有固定的形式，非常灵活的祷告就是。
Lord God, Almighty God, thank you for your love, thank you for your leading, in the name of my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.

另外，主祷文：
Our Father in heaven, help us to honor your name. Come and setup your kingdom, so that everyone on earth will obey you, as you are obeyed in heaven. Give us our food for today. Forgive us for doing wrong, as we forgive others. Keep us from being tempted and protect us from evil. Amen.
