摘要: 本文比较了茯苓多糖的几种提取方法。实验结果表明,利用酶解＋热水浸提法提取茯苓多糖,能显著提高茯苓多糖的浸出率,是热水浸提法的2.32倍,并且具有浸提时间缩短，提取条件温和，所得茯苓多糖立体结构不易被破坏、生物活性高等优点。同时还确定了酶解＋热水浸提法提取茯苓多糖的最佳工艺条件。

Abstract: this paper compared several extraction of poriacocos polysaccharide (PPS). The result shows that the PPS extraction method combined with Enzymatic hydrolysis (EH) and hot water extraction can improve the leaching rate of PPS significantly, which is 2.32 folds of that of hot water extraction. Additionally, the combined extraction method has the advantages of shortening extraction period, milder extracting conditions，stable stereoscopic structure and high biological activity of extracted PPS. This paper also determined the optimum processing conditions for PPS extraction with the combined extraction method.
