摘 要
根据软件工程理论和管理信息系统的开发步骤，以Delphi为开发工具，设计并实现了一个C/S结构的图书馆附书光盘资源管理信息系统。在系统设计过程中，介绍了系统从需求分析，逻辑设计，总体设计，详细设计以及系统测试、实施各阶段的主要内容和成果，包括系统结构图、业务流程图、数据流程图、HIPO图、IPO图、E-R模型、数据字典、物理表及其关系、功能模块算法流程、界面设计等。该系统能有效地完成图书馆附书光盘资源管理的日常工作，极大提高管理工作的效率和正确性，并能根据特定需求生成相应的统计报表供管理者决策使用，因此具有一定的辅助决策功能。此外，在数据安全性方面设置了权限管理，并支持数据恢复。系统界面友好，操作简单，实用性强，对开发其他类似系统具有一定的借鉴意义。
