On Project Quality Management with Software
Abstract:
The thesis expatiates on the ideas and achievements about Project Quality Management with Software after author's research and study. The main contents of the thesis includes the knowledge about Project Quality Management with Software as well as the specific methodology in practice. In addition, the author introduces some theory about Quality Plan Organizing, Quality Control and Quality Assurance in detail, and also describes the specific method of Quality Management Ownership Distribution and Quality Management Execution in practice with case study method. At last, the author analyses the Project Quality Management with Software developement status quo in China, and also puts forward some suggestions about how to improve Project Quality Management with Software execution in China.
