4. All Information will remain the property of Emporia Telecom and POTENTIAL SUPPLIER will return all originals, copies and summaries of the Information to Emporia Telecom upon request. No other rights or licenses to the Information, no rights or licenses to know-how, patents, trade secrets, copyright, trademarks or the like, are implied or granted under this Agreement.
