制度存在的偏差,提出从加强制度化建设和绩效考评文化的培养两方面来完善员工考核制度,虽然绩效考评的修订和实施都是一个坚难的过程但它却是一种组织和员工的真下需求。

Performance assessment is one of the critical procedures for Human
Resource management, the methodology of which is innovating and ameliorating continuously.However, the application of staff performance assessment is much further than mature and prevalent. The thesis expounds the performance assessment system differences existed in enterprise home and abroad by anatomizing a company's performance assessment system, namely a Chinese enterprise. Besides, the author proposes ameliorating the staff performance assessment system by enforcing the constitution establishment and performance assessment culture, and it is a tough process to revise and carry out but imperative request indeed.
