in,at,on的区别我已经明白了．但是这个时候用什么介词呢？
是哪个介词呢？

很难说,不同的情况用不同的介词.
如果是贴着你的鼻子上的东西当然最好用on, 在你鼻子空间以上用above,别人指着你的鼻子用point at your nose 在例如某某鼻子里长了个东西,用in his/her nose.
