1、soon as she expressed her disapproval by frowning,he immediately changed his behavior.这里的soon as是不是应该为as soon as啊？有soon as这种用法吗？这里如何理解？

2、I should prepare myself well for when I was on my own.
这里for 后面不是该接名词和动名词吗？怎么这里是一个从句呢？有这种用法吗？请解释一下。

1.没问题, soon是副词,表示很快,as 表示当...时候.整句意思是,
很快,当她皱眉表示反对的时候,他立马改变了他的行为.

2.for 可以不要. 要么一种可能就是这句话后面没完,或者省略了一些东东.
I should prepare myself well for (the situation that) when I was on my own (the situation.)
