这个英语句子是不是有问题啊 英语高手来看下啊

When being interviewed by employer,if the applicant has full confidence and try his best to persuade the interviewer,the chances are that he will enjoy the confidence of the interviewer and be accepted. 主语是什么？ 什么意思？ 好象有点不对啊！！！！
he will enjoy the confidence of the interviewer and be accepted. 这里的he应该是应聘者，那他是需要自信的，这句的意思好象是应聘者欣赏招聘者的自信么，真得想不明白？！！！

有点语病
意思是面试之后，如果应聘者有足够的信心并在面试中尽力了，那么他便可能会赢得老板的依任并被其接受。
意思方面没有问题，if从句有点语法问题：try应该改为tries因为它和has是并列谓语，整句的主句是个复合句when引导的可以理解为不在主句层面上而是指applicant
当然有如果按照纯严格的句法理论，这句话确实有点有问题，但是在现在的语言趋势下，这样句子会越来越多的

前两句都是从句,when if ,下面the chances是主语.
