we spent those days in the country 这里做从句里的宾语 所以用which
we worked together in the country in those days 这里是做从句里的状语 而前面没有介词 就用when
第一句是定语从句， those days做的spent的宾语。spend some time doing
第二句是状语从句，work是不及物动词，从句里需要时间状语，所以用时间副词when
