Support products - install, upgrade, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and monitor the systems

Liaise with technical support teams and vendor development members to resolve application and product issues.

Monitor system log files on a day-to-day basis

Analyse and diagnose problems, implement process improvements, manage issue handling

Pro-actively manage numerous environments: configuration, installations, upgrades, environment interdependencies, coordinate production releases, support testing
