内容：＜合同法＞17条规定：”要约可以撤回．撤回要约的通知应当在要约到达受要约人之前或者与要约同时到达受要约人．”由于要约在到达受要约人之前或在到达受要约人之时被撤回，受要约人不会对要约产生合理的信赖，要约也没有改变受要约人的任何正常的经济和商业情事，所以不涉及受要约人的信赖利益的保护．在此情况中，应该允许要约人自由撤回其发出的要约．如果要约人以通常可以达到撤回的效果的方式撤回要约，比如以信函的方式发出要约，但马上以电报的方式撤回，但由于特殊情况，电报迟延，后于信函到达受要约人，那么，在这一情况中，要约仍然产生效力．但是，受要约人应立即将这一情形通知要约人，否则视为撤回有效．
