现状规划法假定当前的职务设置和人员配置是恰当的,并且没有职务空缺,所以不存在人员总数的扩充。人员的需求完全取决于人员的退休、离职等情况的发生。所以,人力资源预测就相当于对对人员退休、离职等情况的预测。人员的退休是可以准确预测的;人员的离职包括人员的辞职、辞退、重病(无法工作)等情况 ,所以离职是无法准确预测的。通过对历史资料的统计和比例分析,可以更为准确的预测离职的人数。现状规划法适合于中、短期的人力资源预测。

Actuality programming method
Actuality programming method assumes the current job constitution and personnel install is fitting, and have no vacancy positions. So it has no extended of person. The need of person is completely decided by the retirement and demission. So the human resource forecasting is quite same as the forecasting of retirement and demission. The person’s retirement can be forecasting. But the demission of person can’t be forecasting. Because it is include resignation, refuse and disease (can’t work) etc. According to statistics history data and the comparison analyze, it can forecasting the number of the demission more accurately. The Actuality programming method is suited for medium and short data of human resource forecasting.
