The employees’ satisfaction directly affects the positive and creative ability. The one, who firstly changes his mind to produce a good condition for the employees, can create and keep the customers for their triumphs. This paper, started from the employees’ satisfaction, analyzed the reasons on their low satisfaction, introduced some ways to enhance it, and put forward some proposals to solve this problem.
