Abstract:
with the development of society and people’s quality, “humanism spirit” and “humane care” have not been discussed broadly but become to be essential things in the real life. The modern civilizations not only widen people’s field of vision, but also improve their cultural tastes. There is an increasing demand for media to satisfy people’s spirit demand by paying attention to audiences’ long-term requirements and long-term interests, widening the human connotation of information and culture, being concerned about human mind and stressing human values. Especially in a world with constantly changing society and culture transmutation, audiences hope, even thirst for self-realization and right developing trends from bewilderment. Humane care is deep-level demand for modern audiences. The reason why the “Oriental Horizon” program takes the lead for more than 10 years is that it takes “humanism spirit” and “humane care” as the oriented cultural beliefs.
