B公司自从成立以来，经营效益一直不佳，虽有北京市政府的大力支持，又处在一个发展机会良好的电力行业，但最后还是到了一个生死存亡的地步，其主要原因还在于经营业务思路不准确，企业缺乏核心竞争力。B公司若想提高核心竞争能力，体现在战略性业务重组上的主要问题就集中在核心业务的选择上，同进，与之相关的企业重组也是为其服务配套的重要环节。
