企业核心竞争力理论是当今管理学、经济学交叉融合的最新理论成果之一,日益受到企业管理理论界与实践界的关注。所谓核心竞争力,就是指企业在关键领域建立的独特竞争优势。它是企业多方面技能和运行机制的有机融合,是不同的技术、管理和系统的有机组合,是企业在长期经营环境中形成的竞争合力,是市场经济和市场竞争的产物。虽然企业竞争力在国际理论界已经讨论了很长时间但是真正对于核心竞争力的研究仍时间尚短,而随着我国近几年经济的飞速发展,越来越多的中国企业领导者以及学者认识到企业核心竞争力的重要性。在竞争日益激烈的中国市场中,一个企业要想在行业内站稳脚根并且取得长期,稳定的发展,仅仅依靠某个发明或者对自然资源的占有已经明显不够,更多的是要培养出自己独特的核心竞争力。本篇论文的研究目的就是通过对核心竞争力的分析并以招商银行为研究对象探索一个企业要建立其核心竞争力不是一蹴而就的事,而是一个长期,潜移默化的过程;从企业领导者开始,自上而下的贯彻实行。企业的核心竞争力又是一个组合的形式。当核心竞争力的外部表象与内部实际相适应,企业培育的核心竞争力才能真正发挥作用。
