我看后不是很清楚
Additional conditions
All documents including bill of lading (B/L)must legibly contain the L/Cnumber pertaining to the shipment .
Nego bank to cable advise us amount and date of nego indicating the principal amount and bank charges (in detailed),if any three banking days prior to actual claim for reimb ,any transit int. arising from non-compliance with this instruction shall be for the acct of the nego bank .a discrepancy fee of USD50.00(for discrepant docs )plus issuing bank’s collection chgs (for docs sent on collection /approval basis )will be deducted from the proceeds of any drawings ,these chgs are for benef;s acct even if the L/Cstipulates that all chgs are for the applicant’s acct.

所有的单据,包括提单都必须清楚的标明所出运货物对应的信用证的号码.
议付行必须在提出索偿要求的3个银行日前,用电报通知我行所议付的金额和议付日期,包括本金及银行费用(详细明细).如果因为不符提示而产生利息有议付行承担.每一不符点处理费USD50,再加上开征行的托收费用将从汇票金额中扣除,由受益人承担,即使信用证规定该费用由开证申请人承担.
