摘要:本试验桃离体胚作为外植体进行组织培养,获得再生植株。试验利用MS培养基,分别加入不同浓度的NAA和6-BA进行不同的处理,初步研究这两种激素对核桃胚形成不定芽的诱导情况,以及不同激素种类和同种激素不同浓度对诱导核桃形成再生植株的影响情况。试验结果表明:加入0.3mg/L的6-BA的处理中,不定芽的诱导情况最好,并且在继代培养中分化出了芽和根,且没有褐变现象发生。在加入5.0mg/L的NAA的处理中,不定芽的诱导情况也良好,但在继代培养中分化出的幼苗茎幼小、长势慢,并且在后期停止了生长,其他浓度的6-BA或NAA均未见不定芽的形成。即0.3mg/L的6-BA对诱导核桃胚形成不定芽效果最好,能分化出幼茎和根,形成完整的再生植株。
