Construction/Engineering tasks:

0 Receive the tenant approved and signed construction documents and specifications.

0 Receive final lien waivers, including subcontractor waivers, filed in the TI project file.
0 Receive the Certificate of Occupancy, or applicable permit, if required by the local municipality, and filed in the construction and lease files.
0 Receive the completed punch list and tenant acceptance sign-off.
0 Receive “as built” construction plans labeled and filed in plan room.
