我发现在各个领域都有不少的欠缺和不足，比如在软件方面的，专业知识以及在社会经验方面等都非常稚嫩，但我希望也相信自己，在接下来的时间里，我会积极充实自己的专业知识，努力提高以及锻炼自己，能帮各个team分担一份力量。
基于地方办公室的性质，我需要学习各个方面的知识。在提高自己的同时，无论设计，或与业主交流我都会努力尝试，也希望公司能给我更多的机会培养，锻炼我。我会和办公室共同成长，进步。

I find that I have lots of deficiencies and shortcomings in all fields,such as in softwares, specialties and social experiences, but I hope and believe myself, I will actively enrich myself in terms of specialties,and try my best to improve and practise myself and meanwhile help each team to participate in a part of task.
Based on the properties of the local office, I need to study all aspects of knowledge. at the same time when I enhance my abilities, I will try to design well and communicate with the owners, I also hope that the company will give me more opportunities to train myself.
