Vendor’s Warranty
The warranties and the obligations and liabilities of the vendor thereunder, are expressly in lieu of and purchaser hereby agreements, guarantees, conditions, duties, obligations, remedies or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability and fitness for intended use, with respect to any part sold hereunder or vendor’s performance hereunder and purchaser agrees that vendor will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to consequential damages) suffered by purchaser hereunder or vendor’s performance hereunder.

保单和供营商的义务和责任在其下，是明确地代替和采购员特此协议，保证、情况、责任、义务、补救或者责任，明确或者暗示，由法律或否则(其他方面)出现，包括，不用局限，有销路性所有保单和健身为意欲的使用，关于任何部分在此之下被卖的或供营商的表现和采购员同意供营商不会是对采购员或供营商的表现或损失负责(包括但不限于间接损害)在此之下遭受的任何损伤
