论坛基本上是每个网站都有的功能。通过论坛的方式，可以展示每一个人的风采、优点，发布个人对一些事物的看法，增强个人与个人之间，团体与团体，个人与团体之间的交流联系，在Internet上实现信息的传递，提高办事效率。论坛已成为现代人勾通和获取信息的重要组成部分，从而倍受人们的重视。该系统用jsp实现的一个功能比较全面的网上论坛，主要包括：用户注册，登陆，签写留言，回复留言，留言查看，和管理员的普通维护功能。该论坛的设计主要是区别用户的权限是普通用户还是管理员，如果是普通用户登录，则具有查看或回复权限，如果是管理员身份登陆，则除查看或回复权限外，还具有管理论坛的权限。在用户发表留言后，将显示出用户的用户名，性别，留言内容，留言时间等内容。如果某个留言有回复内容，则显示出是谁回复了该留言。
本系统使用JSP作为开发工具，SQL SERVER 2000为后台数据库，构建一个小型的基于JSP的网络论坛系统，从功能需求到框架规划再到数据库设计。
