小学六年级第八册英语书第十课的Conversation里面的问题

想请问各位哥哥姐姐，为什么是用There are no beaches in Tibet，而不用There are not beaches in Tibet呢？

悬赏分不是很高，但请各位帮帮忙！！！

如果用NOT 的话BEACHES前应该有冠词.NO+名词很常见,表示没有什么东西

There are no beaches in Tibet这里的no是修饰beach(可数)的.
而There are not beaches in Tibet里的not只是一个否定词.用在be动词后.
