此前我们从某些论著和文章中看到，有人将旅游行业描述成一个“投资少、见效快、收益高”的产业，并将其视为旅游业投资的“规律特征”、“经济特点”或“经济规律”，且想以此为出发点，去“认识”和“运用”这一“经济规律”。笔者以为，这一提法不是反映客观世界的正确认识。
