The Yangtze River Delta is a vast area including dozens of cities of Shanghai，Jiangsu and Zhejiang．They belong to three administrative regions，namely，Shanghai City,Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province．In the history,there have been some different models of economic development，such as South Jiangsu Model,Wenzhou Model and so on．The Yangtze River Delta is also a region developing fairly early．In this area，the ratio of urbanization，the development of manufacturing industries，the level of science，education，culture and sanitation，the quality of the telecommunication infrastructures is fairly high，so the Yangtze River Delta is of great development potentials．In addition，Shanghai is the center city with the highest economic development in China and a new growth polar with strong radiation function in the area．
