目的 了解唐山市两所小学儿童的膳食营养状况，探讨唐山市小学儿童的营养现状及身体发育情况，对以后指导其合理饮食提供依据。方法 随机抽取唐山市两所小学1～6年及部分班级全体学生，共计317人，对其进行一般情况、膳食营养状况调查，用营养计算器V1.6转换数据、Excel建立数据库，SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果 两所小学儿童的能量平均摄入水平为1672kcal，摄入不足的占62.5%；蛋白质的平均摄入水平为62.5g，摄入不足的占46.7%；维生素A的平均摄入水平为502.5mgRE/d，摄入不足的占53.9%；维生素C的平均摄入水平为81.1mg/d，摄入不足的占11.4%；锌的平均摄入水平为9.2mg/d，摄入不足的占58.9%；钙的平均摄入水平为429.1mg/d，低于推荐适宜水平半数的占30.9%。结论 唐山市两所小学儿童的能量摄入普遍偏低，维生素A、维生素C、锌、钙的摄入存在不同程度的缺乏，这说明儿童膳食营养素摄入不合理，因此应加强小学儿童膳食营养宣教和微量营养素补充的健康教育。
