本设计是某六层旅馆的建筑给排水设计，主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、热水系统设计四个部分。
给水系统采用分边供水，建筑物的西侧由水泵水箱联合供水，由设备间给水变频泵供水到各用水点和屋顶的高位水箱，东侧由市政管网直接供水；两侧管道布置均采用下行上给的供水方式。高位水箱储存热水系统调节水和消防系统火灾初期10min用水，同时也可在水泵停机时向冷水给水管网供水，容积V= 4.31m3；排水系统采用的是污、废合流制，排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，污水直接排向市政污水管网；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，设计火灾持续2小时的时间由消防水泵从消防水池内抽取。消防水池容积V=9 m3；热水采用的是开式机械立管循环系统，冷水通过电加热器集中加热后，再由提升泵供向配水管网。给水管和排水管分别采用PP—R管和UPVC管，消防系统采用镀锌钢管，热水系统采用嵌入式衬塑钢管。
本毕业设计包括给排水各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型。用CAD绘制了各个系统的平面施工图和系统轴侧图及大样图。
