摘要
白酒在人民生活中有特殊的地位，无论是喜庆丰收、欢度佳节、婚丧嫁娶、迎宾宴友还是医药保健等都离不开酒。而酿酒工业是以粮食和农副产品为主要原料的加工工业，这类行业用水量大，污水排放量也大，尤其以白酒酿造工业污水的排放量更大。某酿酒厂自生产以来，其酿酒综合性污水直接排入水体，造成了水体的严重污染。因此，本设计在酿酒厂建一个总设计规模为1000m3/d的酿酒综合性污水处理设施。本设计1000m3/d的污水处理工艺采用UASB-曝气池、氧化塘处理工艺。为最大可能的发挥投资效益，采用高效稳定的水处理设施和构筑物，尽可能的降低工程造价，同时结合企业的生产情况，对污水进行综合治理。工艺运行过程中考虑操作自动化，减少劳动强度，便于操作、维修。建筑构筑物布置合理顺畅，降低噪声，消除异味，改善周围环境。处理后的污水可直接排入水体，处理中产生的污泥经处理后可用作农肥，处理中产生沼气经收集后可用于燃烧，以达到资源的充分利用。此酿酒厂综合性污水处理设施的建设必将产生明显环境效益、社会效益和一定的经济效益。
