为什么用fiy 而不用fiying?

在make have let see notice watch observe hear等后面作宾语补语时往往省掉了动词不定式前面的to。此句就是这种现象。to fly in the sky 作宾语bird的补语，所以省掉了to，只留下动词原形fly.
