在今天的国际工商业界，特别是密切联系生产、流通和消费，即所谓社会经济活动三大部分的物流供应链，降低成本已经成为该行业经营管理的首选重点 。
供应链必须密切关注物流的各项指标的变化，采取一切有利于防范财金风险，合理调整债务期限结构，降低筹资成本，保证重点，严格控制一般性支出，控制亏损规模，压缩非生产性开支，坚决反对铺张浪费等一系列举措.物流成本管理包括的内容极广，涉及到成本核算、采购管理等各方面的问题，目前，我国对物流成本管理尤其是企业物流成本管理的研究尚存在许多薄弱环节。
本文从介绍物流、物流成本及物流成本管理入手，将现代成本管理方法：作业成本法与物流成本管理相结合，提供了物流成本管理研究的新思路。并在此基础上研究了完善和加强企业物流成本管理的思路和方法。

Abstract
The reduction of cost has been given top priority in today’s international industry and commerce circle,esp. in the logistics supply chains closely linked with production,circulation and consumption which are the so-called three major parts of social and economic activities. Concerning supply chain management,we must pay close attention to the changing of various logistics indicators and take all the measures that help to prevent financial risks ,to reasonably restructure debt maturity,to cut down financing costs, to ensure funding for priority areas,to strictly control general expenditure and losses, to compress unproductive expenditure as well as to resolutely combat waste and extravagance. Logistics cost management covers a wide range of areas such as cost keeping and purchasing management. Currently,there still exist many weak links in China’s study on logistics cost management,esp. on enterprises’ logistics cost management.
