本文在篇章结构上分为3章。第一章，介绍了技术经济学的产生和发展，阐述了技术经济学的学科地位，表明学习技术经济学的必要性，并且对当前的技术经济学教学提出了几点建议。第二章，简单介绍了CAI的产生与发展，以及课件的制作步骤。CAI课件突出的优点，使得在有限的时间内掌握更多知识的想法成为可能。第三章，对所设计的例题进行说明，并对相关知识点进行扩展，以利于教师讲好例题，学生更好掌握技术经济学的知识。

This passage is devided into 3 parts in structure.The first part introduces the development of the technical economy, states the importance of the technical economy and put forward some suggestions to the teaching method of the technical economy.The second part briefly introduces the coming into being and the development of CAI and the process of making teaching program. The advantages of the CAI program make the idea of mastering more knowledge in limited time possible. The third part states the designed example and expand the knowledge of the related points so that teachers can teach clearly ,students master the knowledge better as well.
