填充材料纳米TiO2对PVC塑料改性的研究
摘要
无机纳米材料改性PVC (polyvinyl chloride,聚氯乙烯)树脂,用以改善PVC的力学性能,近年来成为了研究的热点。用纳米无机材料改性的目的是为了增强材料的强度、韧性、降低生产成本等。改性的方法分为物理改性和化学改性两种,物理改性又分为共混改性和填充改性两种,本实验选择的是以填充改性为实验方法,添加的加工助剂主要为增塑剂、抗冲击改性剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂。
本文提出了,添加无机纳米TiO2使PVC塑料增强增韧的实验方法。试想通过这个方法,改善PVC塑料的拉伸强度、冲击强度等性能。依据材料所需的要求设计了实验过程。最后通过拉伸实验、冲击实验、维卡软化点温度的测定和低温试验,证明了添加纳米TiO2对材料力学性能的影响,并找出纳米TiO2对PVC材料性能改进的一些规律。
研究结果表明:选择适当的加工助剂,加入纳米TiO2后PVC的强度和韧性都得到了改善,从而达到了PVC改性的目的。
