来公司好几个月时间了，在这段工作时间里，我感受到了公司团队气氛和公司的运作模式，我也逐渐适应了公司工作程序和自我调节的规律，虽言语中的沟通有些障碍，但从工作子项中能明白许多道理：那就是与中国传统的管理项目一样：《认真、仔细、沟通、理解、跟踪、落实、结果》。
AIC项目最终失败分析，我悟出一个道理：那就是《细节决定成败》、《粗心、藐视决定失败》，AIC项目我没有用很多的时间去管理和质量的跟踪，我认为项目很小，在思路方面小看了一些问题，导致后来质量的缺陷。确实在那段时间里，我几乎没有时间去管理，原因是我要面对万通项目交付、机电设计方案、建委公司资质等，AIC项目失败的教训告诉我，选择好的施工队伍是项目成功的一部分， AIC项目施工队伍确实在每个环节都存在很多问题：象《材料的质量把握、工程的管理、工作程序的安排》等，所以导致AIC项目后期工作的难度和失控。吃一堑、长一智，在今后的工作中，我将听从公司一切安排；象施工队伍选择、材料商选定都由公司来安排和商定。我将尽职尽责完善公司给予的任务和工作。另外在我能力之内的事我会想尽一切办法去办好的，象关于工程中消防的一切事情和设计图章等。
在这段时间里，我将尽快办理完成公司资质文件。若对我有什么看法和想法尽快告诉我。
