中国的正式入世，意味着中国企业的全球化经营进入了一个新的阶段。中国企业近几年跨国并购风起云涌，惠州发迹的TCL集团通过一系列并购终于有机会与世界品牌汤姆逊共舞；联想集团奋斗20年更是将个人电脑鼻祖IBM的资产收入囊中。因此，对中国企业的对外跨国并购的现状与趋势进行研究，具有重要的现实意义。
本文以约 翰 .H.邓宁教授的国际生产折衷理论 为基本的研究框架，主要从企业自身和东道国区位选择方面，对中国企业的跨国并购进行分析，并提出建设性意见。

In recent years,there are all kind of transnational mergers in chinese enterprises. Huizhou Faji's TCL Group finally got the chance cooperate with world-known brand Thomson through a series of mergers.

联想集团奋斗20年更是将个人电脑鼻祖IBM的资产收入囊中。
Lenovo has struggled for twenty years before they purchase IBM's assets which is the originator of personal computer.

因此，对中国企业的对外跨国并购的现状与趋势进行研究，具有重要的现实意义。
For this reason,the research on status and trends about chinese enterprises' globalization operation ,have important practical significance.
