My name is Mark Grieve; I am the manager of Bayside Benders. We an Australian company established over 12 years ago who fabricate electrical b ends & fittings from uPVC conduit. We supply a wide variety of customers across Australia in the elec trical & telecommunication markets. We are expanding and are looking to manufacture some of our products overseas in order to stay competitive.
We require electrical bends made from orange coloured heavy duty uPVC conduit made to Australian standards AS2053. 2: 2001. Detailed specifications can be made available to interested parties.
Sizes required will be 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 80mm, 100mm, 125mm & 150mm. The bends will be 90, 45 & 22 degrees and varying radii (eg, the radius of a 100mm bend will be approx 450mm) .
It is essential that you can fabricate up to at least the 100mm bends as this is ones of our main products. We will also require associated fittings for all sizes
