any other+(名词单数)= the other+(名词复数）？

为什么有时ANY OTHER 后面还加复数，快快！

any other 加单数,意思是任何一个...,是强调单个.
the other 加复数,相当于others.
才初二,英语也太烂了,这么简单的都不会,你还学不学阿.
中国学生应该是优秀的.

any other后是同一范畴内的用单数，不同范畴的用复数
例如:I like English in all subjects.
=I like english than any other subject.

any other 不是就是加复数吗～
