摘要：在当今经济全球化化的进程中，先进的管理理念与方法在世界各国传播和普及。随着我国的经济发展，同世界经济的进一步接轨，我国管理会计的现状，已制约着我国经济的高速发展，我们要找出存在的问题，结合世界上先进的管理理念，去寻找它的出路，解决问题，将管理会计的理论贯穿于实践中，使我国的经济发展有一个质的飞跃。

Abstract: Nowadays, in the process of economic globalization, advanced ideas and methods of management have been spreaded and popular all over the world. As our economy is developing and integrated with the world market gradually, the management of accounting market in our country has a neglect influence on our rapid economic development. Thus, we have to find out the problem and work it out on the basis of advanced management idea, putting theory into practice. As a result, our economy will really achieve a leap.
