d) Agree that the personal date or provided for participation in the Exhibition may be include on APLF database and used by the Organisers or passed onto the third parties for promotion purposes. Any request access to or correction of the date can be made to the senior Event Manager， APLF Division， 17/F China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road，Wanchai， Hong ong. A fee may be charged by the Organisers for complying with the request.
