+If we find documents to be discrepant, we may approach the applicant for a waiver at our sole description， unless prior contrary instructions have been received from the presenter.We may release document to the DC applicant upon their waiver of discrepancies. In such event, the presenter including the beneficiary shall have no claim to us. The DC issuing bank.
