I'm a beginner, but I have a good learning capability （一般没有人强调自己是beginner，而且splendid 这个词用得太夸张了吧）. I dare to innovate, unceasingly pursue in the practice remarkably (不太懂你说的什么意思）. As a partner, I am a relatively credible person（拜托，之前的形容词太多了）, and I have the rich team cooperation spirit. As a leader, I can work capably, together with the decisive style, good communication skills and the interpersonal coordinated ability (我不知道最后的这个搭配可不可以用，但是好象行吧）.
