1. The Consultant shall liase directly with the Principal’s Marketing Manager. The Principal shall provide a minimum of one opportunity per year for face-to-face contact between its representative and the Consultant. The Principal shall provide updated prospectuses, forms and other promotional materials to assist the Consultant in this appointment .Any major public promotional activities undertaken by the Consultant shall be pre-advised to and approved by the Principal before being undertaken.
