UC知道winzip 不能卸载

当WINZIP卸载时出现错误，弹出对话框——
Error1402. Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Winzip\DefaultIcon.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
导致不能卸载成功，请问怎么办？

重起后 按F8选择安全模式 之后进控制面板 填加删除程序中卸 百分一百好使
或者 在进入安全模式后 在开始 运行中输入 appwiz.cpl 之后找到他 删除!!
