1. Shape : two dimensional enclosed forms
图形：二维封闭的形式
Organic shape – shapes with curvilinear edges.(blob like)
有机图：带有曲线边缘的图形（喷溅状）
Geometric shape – shapes with straight edges
几何图：带有直边的图形
2. Texture: refers to the surface quality of a composition. The visual feel of something
质地（纹理）：指绘画的表面质量，对某物的视觉感受
3. Line: a series of connected points which seem to be continuous

Contour line – a composition made with one continuous lines
