第八条 受益人的指定和变更
一：被保险人或者投保人可指定一人或数人作为身故保险金的受益人，受益人为数人时，应确定受益顺序或受益份额。未指定受益人的，保险金作为被保险人的遗产，由保险人依本合同约定向被保险人的继承人履行给付保险金义务。
二：被保险人或者投保人变更身故保险金受益人时，应以书面形式通知保险人，并由保险人在保险单上予以批注。投保人在指定和变更身故保险金受益人时，须经被保险人书面同意。

The beneficiary designation and change
One: insured or the insured person may designate a person or persons as beneficiaries of the insurance death, when the number of beneficiaries, should determine the order benefit, or benefit share.
