Hey,there~just glad to find someone suffering the same problem with me...i am in Canada...a country full of junk food... whenever life goes empty & stressful...i turn to food for comfort...i stay up a lot for the sake of academic staff...& i have to compensate for my loss of sleep...so i give myself a perfect excuse to open the fridge...again & again...well now i force myself to study @ library as much as i could cuz there's no fridge...& i go to gym whenever i can get a chance...so as to rid myself of ideation of BS via the torture of my muscle...sometimes it works yet sometimes i fall back to old routine...anyway..i am still trying hard & good luck 2 u & hope u can set a good example 4 me sooner or later... :P
