这是过去的事情对现在有影响，所以用现在完成时比较好。
2.C must+have done 表示对过去事情很有把握的推测。
你考试拿了A，那你考试前一定读了很多书，做了很多准备工作。
顺便讲一下：should + have done表示原本应该做，但实际上没做的事。
如：You should have returned the book last weekend.
你上周末就该把书还回来了。（实际上没有还，含责备语气。）
