15．2 本合同15．1条规定的不可抗力事件包括：自然原因引起的事件，如地震、洪水、飓风、寒流、火山爆发、大雪、火灾、冰灾、暴风雨等；以及社会原因引起的事件，如战争、罢工、政府禁令、封锁等。
15．3 发生不可抗力的一方，应于不可抗力发生后15日内以书面形式通知相对方，通报不可抗力详尽情况，提交不可抗力影响合同履行程度的官方证明文件。
15．4 在展会尚未开始前发生不可抗力致使本合同无法履行，本合同应当解除，已交付的租赁费用费用应当无息返还，双方均不承担对方的损失赔偿。
15．5 展会进行中发生不可抗力致使本合同无法履行，本合同应当解除，已交付的租赁费用费用应当按实际使用时间（日）按实结算后如有余额的则无息返还给乙方，双方均不承担对方的损失赔偿。
15．6 发生不可抗力致使本合同需迟延履行的，双方应对迟延履行另行协商，签订补充协议。若双方对迟延履行无法达成一致，应按15．4、15．5条规定解决。
15.1 Side,which faces force-majeure circumstances,is free from responsibilities for non-fulfilment of the contract or delay of the contract.
15.2 The force-majeure circumstances，stipulated in term 15.1 of the contract,including:earthquake,flood,hurricane,cold snap,volcano,heavy snow,fire,ice,storm,and so on. War,strike,goverment ban,blank,which result from society problems,are considered as force-majeure circumstances as well.
15.3 Side,which faces force-majeure circumstances,is to inform other side of the details of the above-mentioned circumstances in fifteen days after force-majeure take place. A proper evidence of the existence of the above mentioned circumstances and effect to the contract would be Certificates, issued by the goverment.
