不得不说一句，楼上的两个把not改成don't的建议，都是不对的。
应该是"not bending...but focusing..."，这里not..but...是并列结构，把用动名词形式做动宾式主语比较好。
不介意的话，我来帮你修改一下吧。除了一些动词、动名词、单复数的小错误外，我觉得还有更顺畅的方式表达你的意思。
另：我不是特别清楚bend的所有用法，但真的没有见过用在眼神上的。

2 Looking at people with smile means you are matey, and looking at people with frown expresses your worries or sympathy. 我不知道你是不是要用fix代表什么强烈的“盯着”之类的意思，但look at显得更自然、更常用一些。
3 Knowing these rules well would help you have better eye contact with someone you are interested in.
1.not->Don't
2.express->expresses
3.contact->to contact
interest->interested
