counter help（分菜员）是做什么的？

前台服务人员,就是那种大厅里一进去,看见一个台子,后面站着个漂亮的小姑娘,那就是COUNTER HELP

in a restaurant,usually a takeout restaurant,a counter help,sometimes refered to as counter person,is someone who does pretty much everything a waiter or waitress does,take your orders,send it to the kitchen,pack up your food for you,kind of like the cashier in Mc donald's
i don't know the Chinese word for it,i am sorry,perhaps there's no chinese word for it at all
